Submission Notes

IMPORTANT NOTE

A bug in this code may result in you receiving a confirming copy of your submission that is blank. Usually we still receive the full abstract, but if we receive an empty form we will let you know quickly.

When you click the "Submit Information" button, you will be returned to the same page.

Multiple Submissions

Note that you may submit both a talk and demo if you wish. We also encourage everyone to submit case studies and indicate panel discussion interests.

Nametags

We'd like everyone's nametags to be unique and to feature an image reflecting your work or interests in astro-viz. Please send a JPEG attachment that's around 1000 pix across (roughly) either with your abstract, or as a separate submission later. Be creative!

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to October 1st with late submissions accepted through October 15th.

You may submit updates to your presentation (or an updated nametag image) at any time before the deadlines (they will override your previous submission).
